Why we built it

Report and track maintenance. Spotted a problem? Start a new maintenance request in seconds. You can follow every request by status, see photos attached to it, and check off completed repairs, all in one place.

View your tenancy documents anytime. Your tenancy agreement, payment schedule, check-in files and inventory are stored securely in the app, so they're always to hand when you need them.

See your payments at a glance. View your payment schedule monthly or by semester, check any outstanding balance and review the details of past payments.

Keep an eye on your energy. Track your electricity and gas usage, see monthly meter readings and understand how much of your allowance you've used, all tailored to your tenancy dates.

Know about upcoming viewings. See any viewings booked at your property, including the time, how many people are expected and which agent is attending. No more surprise knocks at the door.

Manage more than one property. If you're linked to more than one Student Housing address, you can switch between them easily.
